Ringo ("we," "our," or "the Service") is an AI-powered receptionist platform designed for local businesses — including dental practices, medical clinics, law firms, salons, gyms, auto shops, home service contractors, real estate agencies, and other small and medium-sized businesses that rely on phone communication with customers. The Service provides automated call handling, SMS response, lead capture, and customer communication tools powered by artificial intelligence.
Ringo is operated as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. New users can try your first month on us as a limited-time intro offer (card required to reserve your spot; no charge for the first 30 days).
By accessing or using Ringo, you confirm that you:
Intro Offer (Limited Time): New accounts can access the first full month completely free as an intro offer. A valid payment method (credit or debit card) is required to start — this secures your spot and enables automatic billing after the free period. You will not be charged during the first 30 days.
Subscription: After the free intro month, continued access requires a paid subscription at $149/month. Billing begins on day 31 from account activation. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms. Cancel any time before your free month ends to owe nothing.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will notify you via email before your first paid charge.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after price changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings. Upon cancellation:

You agree to use Ringo only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

As a user of Ringo's AI receptionist and SMS capabilities, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any state equivalents.
You represent and warrant that:
Ringo is not responsible for any TCPA or regulatory violations arising from your use of the Service.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content created by Ringo, remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes during your active subscription.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or generate through the Service (business information, customer data, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party providers to deliver functionality, including:
These integrations are subject to the respective third-party providers' terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or accuracy of third-party services.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ringo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ringo and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ringo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at ringl@polsia.app and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
Arbitration: Any disputes not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis — class action arbitrations and class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law.
Small Claims: Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies, in lieu of arbitration.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service, other users, or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
