If you request a refund within 30 days of your first paid charge, we'll issue a full refund — no explanation needed, no retention call, no drama.

The guarantee applies to your first payment after the free trial. It does not apply to subsequent billing cycles (month 2 and beyond).

How to Request a Refund

How to Cancel

Cancel anytime directly from your dashboard — no phone call required.

  4. 4Click Cancel Subscription and confirm

Cancellation takes effect immediately in the system — no delays, no waiting period.

What Happens After You Cancel

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after that.

Free Trial Cancellations

If you cancel during your 30-day free trial, you won't be charged at all. No payment, no refund needed — just cancel before the trial ends.

Partial Month Refunds

Outside of the 30-day guarantee window, we don't issue prorated refunds for partial months. When you cancel, your access runs to the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Exceptions & Edge Cases

If your account was suspended for Terms of Service violations, you are not eligible for a refund. If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact us and we'll review it.
