We're confident Ringo will save you time and help you capture more leads. But if it doesn't work for your business, we don't want your money.
If you request a refund within 30 days of your first paid charge, we'll issue a full refund — no explanation needed, no retention call, no drama.
The guarantee applies to your first payment after the free trial. It does not apply to subsequent billing cycles (month 2 and beyond).

That's it. We'll confirm receipt and process your refund within 1 business day. The funds typically appear back on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellation takes effect immediately in the system — no delays, no waiting period.
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after that.
If you cancel during your 30-day free trial, you won't be charged at all. No payment, no refund needed — just cancel before the trial ends.
Outside of the 30-day guarantee window, we don't issue prorated refunds for partial months. When you cancel, your access runs to the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
If your account was suspended for Terms of Service violations, you are not eligible for a refund. If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact us and we'll review it.
